Can I get a refund?
Ask within 14 days of your first charge and you get your money back in full, no reason needed. After that, cancelling stops the next charge, the period you have paid for runs to its end, and a charge that was a mistake is refunded whenever you tell us.
How do I cancel?
One button in the app opens the billing portal, where cancelling takes a click — no email and no retention call. Your ledger stays on your device; the synced copy is kept for 30 days after a lapse, then deleted.
What leaves my device?
Before you create an account, the ledger lives in this browser; the ticker symbols you hold reach our server, carrying no identity and no amounts. A synced copy is encrypted in transit and at rest, read only to run Moflow for you; the data charter lists every exception.
Can I bring my data in and take it out?
Importing a backup is free on every plan, as are erasing this device and deleting your account. Getting a copy of what we hold is not self-serve — ask, and we send you one, machine-readable and free of charge.
Do I need my own AI assistant?
Yes — Moflow supplies no AI, and not every assistant can connect to one. Moflow+ connects to an assistant you already use; if yours cannot, ask within 14 days of your first charge and you get your money back in full.
